Refund & Exchange Policy

⚠️ Important:

Please make a clear video recording while unpacking the product immediately upon receipt. This is mandatory for any claim regarding damage, incorrect product, or manufacturing defect.

Refund & Return Policy

All products at Kanvisha Creations are bespoke and made-to-order, crafted only after an order is placed.

We do not accept returns or refunds except in the following cases:

  • Wrong article delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing / factory defect in the product

Eligible Cases for Return / Refund

1. Wrong Article Delivered

A “Wrong Article” means an item delivered that was not ordered by you.

Conditions:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be shipped back within 7 days
  • Item must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • With original tags
    • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

2. Damaged or Defective Product (Factory Fault)

If the product has any damage or manufacturing defect:

Conditions:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Clear unpacking video (mandatory)
  • Item must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • With original tags
    • In original packaging

❗ Claims without an unpacking video will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy (Size / Defect Exchange)

✅ One-Time Exchange

Applicable if:

  • The outfit does not fit, OR
  • There is a manufacturing defect, OR
  • You face fitting issues in a custom-tailored outfit

Exchange Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be returned within 7 days
  • Share tracking details after shipping
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:

  • Customer bears return shipping cost
  • We cover re-shipping (only in case of defect or wrong product)

International Orders:

  • Customer bears:
    • Return shipping
    • Re-shipping charges

Important Notes

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind
  • Minor color/design variations due to photography are not considered defects
  • Alterations that significantly change the design are not allowed
